Top 3 Dangers To Avoid When Out Looking At Land – Bunn Buzz ๐Ÿ

Bunn Buzz๐Ÿ My weekly videos about Real Estate. This week’s video is about the Top 3 Dangers To Avoid when you are out with your Realtor in the summertime.
Whether you are out for recreation, farm, or looking to build a house.

TheTop 3 Dangers To Avoid are:

1.) Snakes ๐Ÿ. There are 3 poisonous snakes that you really need to watch out for in GA.
– Copperheads
– Rattle Snakes (assorted types)
– Cottonmouths
The best way to avoid them is to walk slowly through the woods and watch where you are stepping. If you see them, take a different path and continue to be careful as you walk through the woods.

2.) Ticks and Chiggers๐Ÿ•ท. They can really irritate the skin and Ticks can carry Lyme disease.
To avoid these wear long sleeves and spray yourself with Deet, Picaridin, or lemon base eucalyptus. After you go home you should always shower and change your clothes

3.) Poisonous Plants๐ŸŒฟ. In GA we have 3 types of common plants.
– Poison Ivy
– Poison Oak
– Poison Sumac
They cause skin irritation, rashes, and itching which can lead to infection of the skin.

Make sure to follow these steps when you go out this summer to stay safe and enjoy your time out in the woods of Harris County GA
