About Charlotte

Hello!

I was born and raised in Phoenix, AZ. I have been a Registered Nurse since 2013, but I also have a passion for real estate! For as long as I can remember, I have been obsessed with homes. I especially love the different regional style found in different parts of the county. I have so enjoyed the beautiful brick homes of the South!

In 2022, while we loved being surrounded by family in AZ, my husband and I felt that our family needed a change. We had been searching for a while but couldn’t find the right fit. We knew we were looking for that small town feel, great schools, acreage and most of all, a community. Once we visited Harris County, GA–We knew our search was over!

Looking at homes is exciting; each home is unique and contains hidden gems that make it special! Over the years I have had the opportunity to purchase newly built homes and well-loved older homes. These experiences have built a knowledge base that enables me to help clients during the buying and selling process!

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Jason and our 3 darling daughters. We love playing games and road trips. Our goal is to visit all 50 states as a family before our oldest graduate’s high school (only a few years left)! I also enjoy gardening and beekeeping. We hope to get chickens soon!
